The Hearty Berry Dobson Smoothie
A great breakfast or a boost before a workout.
- 4-8 ounces V8 fusion fruit and vegetable juice (to desired thickness)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup one-minute oatmeal (uncooked)
- 2 servings whey protein powder (serving size on packaging)
- 4 ounces low-fat yogurt (flavor of choice)
- Additional options: banana, nuts, flaxseed, honey
Place all ingredients in a blender, adding the juice last. Liquify until smooth. Add more juice to thin smoothie, if desired.
