• 4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts - very thin (either buy thin or pound w/mallet)
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs course grain brown mustard
  • 1.5 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 large clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


Combine all ingredients except chicken. After combined, add chicken. Marinate chicken for 2 hours-overnight. Cook in oven for 5-7 minutes in oven or in a pan or until chicken is cooked.
