Delicious, quick, easy and cheesy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 4oz can green chiles
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 loaves thin French bread
Instructions
Pre heat broiler.
Mix chilies, butter, mayonnaise, and cheese until well blended. Slice bread into 1/4" thick slices. Spread amply with cheese mixture, making sure to cover bread completely.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet in preheated broiler. Broil 5 - 10 minutes until spread is slightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm or room temperature.
