Deliciousness!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • One 7.5-ounce container marshmallow creme

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.

Cream together the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and eggs. Mix together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salit in a separate bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined. Divide the dough in half.

Press half of the dough into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate evenly over the tough. Top the chocolate with marshmallow creme. Spread the marshmallow creme in an even layer.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Completely cool before cutting into bars.

Roll out the remaining dough to an 8-by-8-inch square on wax or parchment paper, using a rolling pin. Carefully place the dough on top of the marshmallow layer.
