Ellen's Tuna Melts
The quickest meal!
- 1 can Starfish chunk light tuna in water
- 1 teaspoon mayo
- Pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 6-8 thin slices Claussen dill kosher pickles
- 2 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 slices wheat bread
Add tuna to bowl. Add mayo and salt and pepper to desired taste. (Optional: add celery if you want - I do not). Lightly toast slices of bread. Place bread on tin foil. Add tuna mix to bread. Place slices of pickles on top of tuna. Add cheese to the very top. Turn oven on broil and broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and bread is dark brown on the edges. Enjoy!
