Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Rotel (1 regular, 1 Mexican)
  • 1 can black beans (I rinse)
  • 1 can white Shoepeg corn
  • 1/2 Red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro or to taste
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin or to taste
  • Avocado, chopped

Instructions

Mix together and chill

Servings: 1 medium-sized bowl
