Apple Pie with Crumb Crust
Mom's delicious apple pie with crumb crust!
- 5 golden delicious apples, peeled and sliced
- 5 Jonathan gold apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 stick butter unsalted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Preheat the over to 350 degrees.
Combine and toss 1/3 cup flour, white sugar, cinnamon and apples. Place in the pie plate.
Beat the butter and brown sugar together until combined. Add the remaining 1 cup flour and mix together until crumbly.
Top the apple slices in the pie plate with the crumb mixture.
Bake the pie for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
