Crustless Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - dash salt
 - half stick butter, melted
 - 3 eggs
 - 3 tablespoons flour
 - 1 can evaporated milk
 - Nutmeg to taste
 
Instructions
1.  Butter and flour a pie pan with flour.
2.  Combine all ingredients and mix well. 
3.  Pour in pan.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5.  Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
