Easy Turkey Tacos

My wife and I love making tacos for dinner. This is quick, easy and delicious.


  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 8 oz of shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 8 oz sour cream (optional)


Place the turkey in a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Brown the meat on all sides and then drain extra fat. Add 2/3 cup water to the meat and mix in the package of taco seasoning. Turn the heat to high and let the meat simmer for 5 minutes until cooked.

While the turkey is browning, chop up the tomatoes, cilantro and avocado.

Once the turkey is cooked, heat the tortillas directly on the stove on each side for a few minutes. Add the cheese, meat and other toppings to a tortilla and enjoy.
