Oven Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan
Quick and easy side vegetable to make with dinner!
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Turn the oven on to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Rinse the asparagus off under water. Place on the tin foil in the cookie sheet. Pour olive oil over the asparagus and toss as necessary to coat. Add salt and pepper over all of the aspragus.
Place in the oven for 18 minutes. After 18 minutes, remove from the oven and spread parmesan over the asparagus liberally. Place back in the oven for an extra 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
