Cammie Cake
Delicious sheet cake
Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 C Water
- 2 C flour
- 2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Frosting:
- 4 T Cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Bring to a boil the butter, cocoa and water. Remove from heat and add the flour sugar and salt. Then add eggs and sour cream and baking soda.
Bake at 400 degrees in a greased sheet pan for 20 minutes
Once cool, make the frosting and pour over the cake.
Servings: 6 LARGE portions
